By accessing this website, requesting a quote, submitting a deposit, booking an appointment, or receiving services from Max Details, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Booking & Deposits

A nonrefundable $20 deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits reserve your appointment time and help us prepare for your service. By submitting a deposit, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and understand that final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, location, and requested services.

Payments

The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of service. We accept cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Cash App.

By booking a service, you agree to pay all charges for services performed. Failure to remit payment may result in collection efforts and any remedies available under applicable law.

Vehicle Condition & Additional Charges

Pricing is based on average vehicle conditions. Vehicles with excessive pet hair, sand, stains, mold, bodily fluids, excessive debris, or unusually heavy soiling may be subject to additional charges. Any significant price adjustments will be discussed prior to service whenever possible.

Pre Existing Damage

Max Details is not responsible for pre existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, rock chips, paint defects, failing clear coat, damaged trim, damaged upholstery, electronic malfunctions, worn surfaces, or any condition present before service begins.

Stain & Odor Disclaimer

While we use professional products and techniques, complete stain, odor, or discoloration removal cannot be guaranteed. Results may vary depending on the age, severity, and nature of the contamination.

Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for removing valuables and personal belongings prior to service. Max Details is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left inside the vehicle.

Photos & Documentation

Max Details reserves the right to photograph vehicles before, during, and after service for documentation, quality control, training, and marketing purposes. Customers may request that identifying information be concealed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Deposits are nonrefundable but may be transferred to a future appointment at our sole discretion.

Late Arrivals & No Shows

If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled appointment time, the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled and the deposit may be forfeited.

Weather Policy

Mobile appointments may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions, including heavy rain, snow, severe storms, extreme temperatures, or other conditions that could affect service quality or safety.

Access Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the vehicle and service location. Failure to provide access may result in cancellation or rescheduling.

Water & Power Access

Certain services may require access to water and electrical outlets unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Service Refusal

Max Details reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue service at any time due to safety concerns, biohazards, excessive contamination, aggressive behavior, unsafe environments, or circumstances beyond the scope of the scheduled service.

Service Times

Estimated service times are provided as guidelines only. Actual completion times may vary based on vehicle condition, service selection, weather, and other factors. Quality of work takes priority over speed.

Travel Fees

Mobile appointments outside a 15 mile radius of Burbank, Illinois may be subject to additional travel fees.

Satisfaction

Any concerns regarding service quality must be communicated before our departure whenever possible so that we may address them promptly.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Max Details shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or services provided.
